Last Updated: September 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to ricketycricketbrewing.com and related pages, forms, widgets, and ordering links we control (the “Website”). By using the Website, you agree to this Policy and our Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

1. Who we are
Kingman Club, LLC operates Rickety Cricket Brewing & Pizzeria, 532 E. Beale Street, Kingman, Arizona 86401. The Website is for U.S. customers, primarily Arizona. We do not target the EU or UK. The fact that the site can be opened from other countries does not mean foreign privacy laws apply.

The Website is for persons 21 years of age or older only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If we learn we have, we will delete it when reasonably practicable.

2. Information we collect
You give us: name, email, phone, message text, event details, and mailing-list or rewards signups.

Collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, dates and times, approximate location from IP, and cookie or pixel identifiers.

Vendors: online orders, payments, and some email/rewards tools are run by Toast (and its processors) or similar companies. They collect order and payment data under their own terms. We do not store full payment-card numbers on this Website.

3. How we use information
We use information to run and secure the Website, answer you, process orders and rewards through vendors, send email or texts you requested, prevent fraud and underage use so far as a website can, comply with law, and defend legal claims.

We do not sell mailing lists. We may share information with service providers (hosting, email, POS, analytics, cookie tools, review widgets, security) who process it for us.

4. Cookies
The Website may use cookies and similar tools for essential functions (load the site, security, complete a form or order) and, if enabled, analytics, reviews, or ads.

You may block cookies in your browser. The site may then break. A cookie banner is a convenience only. It is not an admission that GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or any opt-in cookie law applies to us.

5. California, GDPR, and similar laws
We do not represent that we meet California’s definition of a “business” under CCPA/CPRA. This Policy is not a CCPA Notice at Collection and does not create CCPA rights.

We do not offer goods or services to persons in the EU/UK as a targeting activity. This Policy does not create GDPR rights or an EU representative.

If a statute actually applies to a specific request, we will handle that request as the statute requires and no further.

6. Children
The Website is not directed to children under 13 or to anyone under 21. Parents who believe a minor submitted information should email the address below.

7. Retention and security
We keep information as needed for the uses above, vendor rules, tax and liquor records, and legal holds, then delete or de-identify it when reasonably practicable.

No security is perfect. Use of the Website is at your risk. We disclaim any warranty that information will not be accessed, lost, or altered, except where a non-waivable statute says otherwise.

8. Third-party sites
Maps, reviews, social buttons, fonts, cookie tools, and Toast pages are third-party properties. Their privacy practices are theirs.

9. Website “AS IS”; accessibility
THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness, and any warranty that the Website meets WCAG, ADA Title III, Section 508, or any accessibility guideline.

We do not represent that every page, PDF, popup, cookie banner, or third-party embed works with every assistive technology. We do not admit that the Website is a place of public accommodation under federal or state law.

If you have a disability and cannot use part of the Website, email in**@*******************ng.com with the URL, a short description of the barrier, your browser/device, and a contact method. We have 60 days from receipt to review and, if we choose, fix it, work around it, or give you the same information by phone, email, or in person at the taproom.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, that notice-and-cure process is the sole remedy for alleged Website inaccessibility. You may not recover damages or attorneys’ fees for an alleged Website accessibility claim except where a statute makes that limit unenforceable. You may not sue or send a fee demand about Website accessibility until those 60 days expire without a reasonable alternative. Information on this Website is also available by calling (928) 753-2337.

10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KINGMAN CLUB, LLC AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM THE WEBSITE, THIS POLICY, COOKIES, OR ALLEGED INACCESSIBILITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE WEBSITE OR THIS POLICY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US THROUGH THE WEBSITE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from your use of the Website, your content, your being under 21, your violation of this Policy, or a privacy or accessibility demand sent without completing Section 9.

12. Disputes
Arizona law governs. The Federal Arbitration Act governs arbitration.

Except small-claims court in Mohave County, Arizona, or a request for a temporary injunction to protect our rights, any dispute arising out of the Website, this Policy, cookies, data, or alleged accessibility shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Rules. Place: Kingman or Lake Havasu City, Arizona, or by video. One arbitrator. No class, collective, or mass actions. If the class waiver is found unenforceable as to one claim, that claim proceeds in court and all others remain in arbitration.

If a court must hear a claim, exclusive venue is the state or federal courts in Mohave County, Arizona.

Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after it accrued, except where a statute forbids that limit.

13. Changes
We may change this Policy by posting a new version with a new date. Continued use is acceptance.
